We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Rising Spirits, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items,

you have 14 days to return your items to us (in the condition you received them with all brand tags attached to the item) for a refund.

Please note that you will have to pay for any return costs.

Please note that sale items are final and are not eligible for return.

To Return Your Item:

Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package.
remove any other label on the parcel.
Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
