The One Day Festival Retreat will commence with an uplifting Opening Ceremony, seamlessly transitioning into a Conscious Gathering for a day of connection and growth. The Opening Ceremony offers a unique opportunity to interact with others and effortlessly establish meaningful connections, expanding your horizons and embracing the joy of connecting.

SOUL VOICE SINGING CIRCLE
We embark on a singing journey into the heartspace, into the magical landscape of the voice and into the sacred realm of the soul. Unleashing our intuitive voice, we feel and express emotions nonverbally through heart-felt toning and melodies. We dance between structure, lyrics and free flow of vocal expression, an intimate dance between the head and the heart. An ocean of sound is co-created, offering a safe and playful space for you to creatively explore your voice. Let yourself be inspired and encouraged by others` soul voices. You will experience your body as a musical instrument expressing the music that you are. This singing circle warmly invites you to venture off the path of the lyrics and the main voice of a mantra and to voice harmonies, melodies and impulses that are evoked while singing. Let your soul speak through you, sing your soul!

BLUE LOTUS CEREMONY AND WHITE LION ACTIVATION
Rising Spirits and the Mystery School of the Soul invite you for a Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony to open up your visions and receive the wisdom of the White Lion.
Blue Lotus Tea has been used in the ancient Egypt culture to enrich dreams and states of altered consciousness. The petals of the blue lily plant contain psychoactive alkaloids that help you to relax, experience euphoria and ease feelings of anxiety - opening a portal into your higher consciousness.
Like the Lotus Flower we will rise up to the sun, re-align us with the creation of the whole to receive light codes from the stars to activate our cosmic consciousness.
The White Lion Activation is an energetic transmission of pure Star Light. In many native and indigenous tribes, the White Lions are the purest Beings that come from the Star Constellation of Orion. It is time to re-align with them and connect ourselves with the cosmic cycles of life.

AFRICAN YOGA DANCE
Step into the enchanting realm of African Yoga Dance Fusion, where the variation of the original ancient Egyptian Kemetic Yoga seamlessly intertwines with the mystical essence of sound, breath, and rhythmic dance. As you immerse yourself in movements that resonate with the cosmic forces of nature, experience the added enchantment of Tribal Fusion belly dance and Afro Fusion. This workshop is a cosmic uniqueness, a captivating fusion that elevates soul healing to a realm of magical transcendence.

POWER ANIMAL DANCE
The Power Animal Dance is a SHAMANIC TRANCE DANCE RITUAL to (re)-awake our own body’s wisdom. You will go on your OWN shamanic dance journey and you will dance BLINDFOLDED!
This Dance Journey engages in the 4 Level of perceptions through 4 different Archetypes: the Serpent, the Jaguar, the Hummingbird and the Eagle. You will dance through, with and experience the strength of every power animal:
1.) The Serpent is the physical Level; our body. She shed her skin once. You will shed your old skin - you go through your own physical movements in order to shed everything that is not serving you anymore.
2.) The Jaguar is the mental/emotional Level; she crunches heavy energies and help you to release and cleanse yourself.
3.) The hummingbird is the Level of the Soul; it is the (re)-connection to your own beauty within. You connect to your soul.
4.) The eagle is the energetic realm; it is pure freedom and the connection to Great Spirit. In this part of the dance journey, you can receive the blessings of the upper world and visions. This is the moment of transformation.

Ecstatic Dance by DJ SPIRITUAL WARRIOR
Join us for TrancenDance, a transformative ecstatic dance ceremony that will leave you feeling alive, free, and completely in the moment. DJ Spiritual Warrior will tune into our heartbeats, and together we'll immerse ourselves in the finest mystical downtempo beats, dancing ourselves into a state of pure ecstasy. This is more than just a dance party, it's a healing journey that will help you release stress, find inner peace, and connect with your vibrant, ecstatic being. No dance experience is necessary – we create a safe space where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves. Come celebrate life and dance your way into a state of pure bliss!
Sound Healing Journey by Laura Ute
Laura will be singing for us at the end of the TrancenDance event. Her magical voice and sound that she is performing in the moment will guide you into a deep journey of healing and reconnecting to the land and its spirits. Laura brings her magic from Central Asian roots, the land of old shamans that can harmonize the space and adapt to the current presence of people in that particular space which is always unique. These vibrations can have a powerful effect on our physical and emotional state, helping to release tension and stress, and promoting feelings of relaxation, joy, and connection.
